Mr. Wilkey has over a decade of complex civil litigation experience, including personal injury, product liability, pharmaceuticals, medical malpractice, environmental, regulatory and administrative actions, employment (wage and hour, whistleblower), civil rights, technology, consumer, and other mass-tort and class-action related issues.  Additionally, he works in the fields of complex commercial litigation, involving banking, lending practices, regulatory compliance, and other claims involving businesses and individuals.  He has E-Discovery and extensive class-action, mass-tort, and complex civil litigation discovery litigation experience.

Our primary offices are located in Exton, with satellite offices in other convenient locations such as Bala Cynwd, Berwyn, Blue Bell, Conshohocken, Fort Washington, King of Prussia, Newtown Square, Philadelphia, Radnor, and Valley Township.
